St. George Half Marathon

It was SUCH a nice day! I forgot how nice it is to run when it's not 20 degrees. 50 was just about right! The course is fun, and I finished in 1:51.

It was also fun to have my friend Janet come up and hang out...after we did some serious outlet shopping in Las Vegas! We found some cute jammies for $4 and continued our matching-jammies-on-vacation tradition. What can I say...it's probably a remnant of being a twin and having our mom dress us alike...I like to match!

I know...I'm a late on this...but, I was sick last week!

I logged 1600 running miles, went through 6 pairs of running shoes, and I wore out my Nike+ sensor.

I already have a couple of races planned for this year...including the St. George Half Marathon this weekend, the Salt Lake Marathon in April, the Wasatch Back Relay in June, and the St. George Marathon in October. Sick

It wasn't enough for me to have bronchitis this last week. I also had PINKEYE! Who gets pinkeye? Little kids at elementary school....and apparently me. Yep. Fun. I guess I should be glad it's not lice.
