Running Fool...

I am a running fool...emphasis on the "fool". It's official...I am registered for the Athens Classic Marathon. My mom and I are heading to Greece for a fun vacation, and while she is lounging at the Athens Olympic Stadium, I will be running from Marathon to Athens on the original marathon course that has been used in 2 Olympics. I'm pretty excited...but November seems like a lifetime away! Luckily, I have a few events until then to keep me occupied...

My New Niece...

Here's the new little one! Nora Heather Walker 6 lbs 15 ounces, 19 inches. Born at 10:50 this morning. I think she is beautiful! I'm so excited to go out and see them later this month!

Friday Night Fortune

On Friday night, Jordan and I went to PeiWei for a little Chinese. Now, I'm not a big believer in fortunes, but I was pretty excited when I read mine, "A BOLD AND DASHING ADVENTURE IS IN YOUR FUTURE". I was excited, because I know this one is coming true...my mom and I are planning a trip to Greece this fall. We've booked our flights and a cruise around the Mediterranean. And, I'm planning to run the original marathon...yep...from Marathon to Athens. So, the Chinese cookie is supporting my big fat Greek vacation!
